Rashad Nabiyev

Rashad Nabiyev is Chairman and CEO of Azercosmos OJSCo. Prior works include Head of Finance, Accounting and Economic Analysis Department at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Market Operations Department at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan; and Information Resources and Technologies Center and International Relations Department at the President Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Rashad Nabiyev is a graduate of the Public Administration from Public Administration Academy under the auspices of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, holds an MS in Economics from Eastern Carolina University, USA, and completed the program for Senior Executives in Public Financial Management at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
